ABOUT ME
I've been training in bodybuilding for over 10 years and calisthenics for 4 years, I've come from being anorexic to lifting PBs in the gym and achieving success in calisthenics I never thought possible.
I am a diabetic and I am celiac, which heavily influences the types of food I can intake, I've had to adapt myself around these challenges and find a way to rise above it and create the best version of myself.
I am a busy mum to my beautiful daughter while living a very hectic lifestyle, training has influenced and saved my life in more ways than you can imagine. I am a survivor not only from abuse but also from being anorexic, so believe me when you tell me your story I will listen.
My aim is to give people the physique they dream of and the right nutrition advice that they can take with them throughout their life, and with the right frame of mind you could become the best version of yourself.
If I can overcome these challenges that have come my way in life I will do my best to make sure that you can too.

Training programs explained
I have 3 training plans available 4, 8 and 12 weeks depending on what your individual goals are, these programs can be tailored for all levels from beginner to advanced. Specialised nutrition plans
As with the standard plans we will focus on macro goals and gut health, but with the added focus of making sure you can have fulfilling and healthy meals that accommodate your specific dietary and health needs and your overall mental health throughout this journey.
Being a celiac and diabetic myself this is a very personal issue I've had and I take great pride in making sure others can achieve there goals regardless of their conditions.

I have made it my business to try and focus on real nutrition plans that both benefit your overall macro goals (protein, carbs etc.) while giving your body the food it needs to stay healthy, looking after your gut health is one of my main priorities.
